Three days; for example: clothes picked up on Monday will be returned on Thursday and clothes picked up Thursday will be returned Monday and so on.
If you don’t need cleaning done on a regular basis, you can be an “On Call” customer. Whenever you have cleaning you can schedule a pick-up by calling us at 801-567-1555, logging on to your online account, using your mobile app or sending an email.
A men’s laundered shirt can be pressed by a machine straight out of the laundry and doesn’t require much labor to press it; whereas dry-cleaning requires hand pressing which takes more time. Dry-cleaning chemicals are also more expensive than the detergent used in laundry.
You choose the location. A weather-sheltered location near the front porch is most commonly used. We can also pick up and deliver to your office in which case the front desk usually works best.
Prestige Cleaners will provide you with sturdy protective yellow bags. If you do not have one yet, just leave your cleaning in any bag in your pick-up location with a note that says “PRESTIGE Cleaners” on it, and your driver will deliver your clothes with one of our bags attached.
No. Your driver will utilize your predetermined pick-up and/or delivery location.
The easiest way is to set up an online account and enter a credit card on our secure site. When you enter an email a paperless statement will be sent to you every month.
In the event that a major holiday falls on a pick-up/delivery day, that pick-up/delivery day will be skipped entirely and we will pick-up/deliver on the next scheduled pick-up/delivery day. Check here for a list of holidays.
