Here’s how our Pick-up and Delivery Works:
Step One: Give us a call or sign up on our website. Once you’re registered, you just need to tell us your preferred schedule of pick-up and delivery. We have a map and scheduled deliveries to help you make your choice. You also need to set up a location where we can pick up and deliver the laundry. For homes, we recommend a covered area outside the front door or side door. For apartment buildings or offices, you can designate a coat closet or a storage closet as a pick-up point. For the first visit, you can use any bag, and insert any instructions with regards to the laundry. After this, we will supply you with our own yellow bags.
Step Two: The Prestige driver will drop by the pick up the laundry. Lead time is three days from the day we picked up the laundry. If the bag is at its designated pick-up point, these will be cleaned and delivered on the following pick-up/delivery day. If you are away or out of town you can also arrange for us to hold on to the laundry and deliver it upon your return.
Step Three: For billing, each delivery will provide an invoice detailing the specific services done (i.e. no. of shirts washed, no. of clothes repaired/altered, etc.). All these invoices will be totaled and a statement will be sent to you at the start of each month. You have the option of automatically paying for the bill via your credit card, or you can send us a check.
